Over the past year and a half, she’s brought that expertise to the front, delivering energy, experience, and outstanding service to every customer. From production pro to front-end star, she does it all with consistency and care.
Known for going the extra mile to track down exactly what’s needed, nothing slows her down! Kiara’s versatility and determination keep the whole team running at full speed.

Jess Dillman

Meet Jess - Our Safety Rocker!

Jess has been part of our team for just over 1½ years, and she’s quickly become the heart of our safety shop.
She keeps everything running smoothly, helping customers, booking inspections, and coordinating training courses. Her organization and reliability mean nothing ever gets overlooked.But there’s more than spreadsheets and checklists to Jess - she’s a metal music fan, a fun twist that keeps the team on their toes. Her steady presence, dedication, and a little unexpected flair make the shop safer, stronger, and a lot more fun every day.

Sally has been with us for just over a year, and she’s already made a big impact behind the scenes.

We love trying to startle her - and she never fails to jump, laugh, and dive right back into her work. Sally’s creativity, resilience, and sense of fun make her an essential part of the team.

Lorae has been teaching with Frontier for over 3½ years, bringing skill, confidence, and incredible energy to every course she leads.
From First Aid and BLS to youth programs like Stay Safe and Babysitters, she teaches most of our training lineup - and students constantly tell us she’s the best instructor they’ve ever had.
She’s also settling into her newest (and favourite!) role as a proud grandma. Lorae’s warmth, expertise, and passion for safety make her an inspiring and unforgettable part of our team.

Garry has been teaching with Frontier for over 7½ years, bringing knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm to every class.
He’s best known for leading H2S Alive courses, delivering training that’s engaging, effective, and easy to follow. His teaching style keeps students focused while making the material approachable and memorable.
He once joked about being the “sexy instructor” - and his confidence adds a fun energy to every class. Garry’s experience and humor make him unforgettable.

From 3M installs and sign production to running the Roland and cutting machines, he makes sure every job is done right the first time. As shop foreman, he helps keep the day moving and the team on track.
Zach isn’t afraid to speak his mind, but he always shows up and gets the work done. His skill, consistency, and leadership play a big role in keeping the shop running smoothly.
